The TEA-LP is a partnership of educational institutions originating from Africa, South Asia, and the Indo-Pacific region, united by a common aspiration to provide universal access to reliable and environmentally sustainable energy.
The affiliated institutions exhibit an unwavering commitment to developing, implementing, and enhancing cutting-edge graduate programmes in Africa, South Asia, and the Indo-Pacific area. These educational programmes provide students significant opportunities to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for advancing the sustainable energy transition.
The UITM Solar Research Institute (SRI) is very excited to be a member of this network and will be developing two of the courses that are outlined in the TEA-LP which are Course 1: Local Solutions for Energy Access and Course 3: Appliances for Off-Grid Communities.
